• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams—including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing—to generate value-driven results and meet quantifiable account objectives.
• Cultivate and enhance multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Recognize, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term customer success and retention.
• Communicate the distinctive value of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions in ways that align with each customer's strategic objectives and business drivers.
• Oversee complex sales processes, from discovery through negotiation and closure, utilizing structured deal methodologies and data-informed forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to provide seamless customer experiences and maintain the ongoing health of crucial enterprise relationships.
• Over 8 years of direct sales experience in an enterprise-level Account Executive role or a comparable quota-carrying position.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 12 years of SaaS sales experience targeting enterprise-level accounts, preferably in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS).
• Proven experience in selling web-based products/services.
• Experience in managing and finalizing complex sales cycles.
• Track record of exceeding quotas (in the top 10-20% of the company) in previous roles.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more as required.
• Background in the IT industry and multinational environments.
