Account Executive – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams—including solution engineering, customer success, and marketing—to deliver outcomes driven by value and achieve measurable account objectives.

• Build and enhance multi-threaded relationships within customer organizations, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, focusing on long-term customer success and retention.

• Clearly communicate the unique value of Docusign’s Agreement Cloud and IAM solutions in a manner that aligns with each customer’s strategic goals and business drivers.

• Oversee intricate sales cycles, from discovery through negotiation and closure, utilizing structured deal methodologies and data-driven forecasting.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to provide seamless customer experiences and maintain the ongoing health of key enterprise relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently surpassing revenue targets.

• Proven experience managing large accounts, navigating lengthy and complex sales cycles, and handling high-value transactions.

• Familiarity with persona-based and solution selling methodologies.

• Experience in developing strategic account plans and driving measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated executive presence.
