• Achieve revenue objectives and meet all essential performance indicators.
• Cultivate new business prospects within a designated territory, overseeing pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and other aspects typical of an outside sales role.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales process and utilize resources to develop and implement effective solution sales strategies.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level executives (Business and IT) within a specified group of named Enterprise accounts (approximately $500M in revenue).
• Create and coordinate sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Concentrate on acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing accounts to uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Capable of collaborating with all customer functions, including executive personnel, various stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, innovation, sourcing, and procurement.
• At least 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS platform sales targeting large enterprises in North America.
• Demonstrated success in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Profound knowledge of executive-level Enterprise and/or Global Account sales methodologies.
• Competence in managing the entire sales lifecycle, from demand generation through to closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
• A bachelor's degree is required, accompanied by a technical curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
• Experience in selling CRM/BPM software business applications is highly preferred.
