This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the designated EMEA region to secure new customer acquisitions.
• Manage accounts of newly acquired customers until their implementation process is complete.
• Lead and coordinate tendering, RFP, and formal bidding processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce competitive proposals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and market outreach through various channels including email, phone, social media, and others as necessary.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and existing accounts from initial lead generation to closing deals.
• Offer market insights and customer needs to enhance the positioning of existing solutions both online and in face-to-face interactions.
• Provide input for new product development and future advancements.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and industry influencers.
• Utilize infrastructure tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, and Zoom, alongside collaboration platforms like Slack and SharePoint, as well as social tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to create market/prospect data for effective analytics and insights.
• Assist in the creation and updating of sales and marketing materials for online, print, and demonstration use.
• Manage and nurture effective partner relationships as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in student accommodation, student property management, and/or multi-family property markets is preferred.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite of products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in presenting and leading meetings with various stakeholders, including management at multiple levels and decision-makers.
• A strong drive to develop and implement both tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Strong team orientation aimed at achieving both individual and team objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new customer, prospect, and partner relationships.
• Exercise sound professional judgment in managing issues and employ effective problem-solving techniques.
• Capable of maintaining high productivity levels, managing multiple competing priorities, and working effectively under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative environment.
• Ability to set, manage, and meet deadlines.
