This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the EMEA territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities;
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at boosting pipeline, revenue, and sustainable growth;
• Cultivate relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), travel technology providers, and other key partners;
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure;
• Generate, nurture, and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound initiatives, referrals, industry connections, and partnerships;
• Represent Oversee at industry events, conferences, and client meetings;
• Engage directly with executive stakeholders, including CEOs, COOs, and commercial leaders;
• Serve as the market representative, providing customer insights and competitive intelligence to Product and Leadership teams;
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Leadership to facilitate strategic deals and enhance customer outcomes.
• Prior experience in travel technology, business travel, TMCs, travel SaaS, GDS, corporate travel, or related sectors is highly preferred;
• 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role such as Account Executive, Business Development, or Strategic Sales;
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas;
• Possess a strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach and a history of creating opportunities from the ground up;
• Experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions to enterprise clients;
• Background in building a territory, launching a new market, or serving as an early commercial hire is highly desirable;
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic startup environment;
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with senior decision-makers;
• Enthusiastic about technology, innovation, and the evolution of business travel.
