This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing on new business opportunities.
• Maintain a balanced sales approach with around **50% inbound and 50% outbound activities**, demonstrating confidence in converting warm leads as well as proactively creating new opportunities.
• Convert incoming leads while actively building a pipeline through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct consultative sales processes to identify customer needs and align them with customized SaaS solutions.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations and business cases to various stakeholders, including high-level decision-makers.
• Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Oversee a multi-product sales strategy encompassing Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships, with a minor focus on land-and-expand opportunities after the sale.
• Ensure precise pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance deal success and customer outcomes.
• Travel (~10%) for industry events, conferences, and occasional in-person meetings to aid pipeline development and relationship nurturing.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding new business objectives.
• Strong proficiency in full-cycle sales (from prospecting to closing).
• Demonstrated capability to manage both inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
• Expertise in consultative/value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
• Experience selling into the UK or Irish markets.
