This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from rapid mid-market closings to strategic enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to co-create territory plans and outbound strategies, offering active coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

• Assume complete responsibility for the entire closing process, encompassing discovery, solution presentation, and procurement activities.

• Work collaboratively with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to pinpoint opportunities for expanding SELECT's reach.

• Partner with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical value.

• Create and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and nurture your own sales opportunities.

• Stay informed on the latest trends in FinOps and data engineering to deliver customers with valuable, high-impact solutions.

• Lead and participate in team initiatives to enhance our sales playbooks and influence the SELECT sales culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles alongside complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

• Technical background with experience and a thorough understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.

• High level of self-discipline, precise sales forecasting, and CRM management skills.

• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that permeates both sales and business development activities.

• An entrepreneurial spirit who is independent, creative, passionate, and approachable.

• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.

• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of adjusting focus from the big picture to finer details.

• Ability to effectively operate with adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
