This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from swift mid-market closures to strategic enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to jointly formulate territory plans and outbound strategies, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and conversion from meetings to opportunities.
• Assume complete responsibility for the entire closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.
• Work in conjunction with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to uncover opportunities to expand SELECT's presence.
• Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical advantages.
• Develop and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone to cultivate and nurture your own sales opportunities.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in FinOps and data engineering to deliver insightful, high-value solutions to customers.
• Lead and participate in team projects aimed at refining our sales playbooks and shaping the SELECT sales culture.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles alongside complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Technical background with experience and in-depth understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
• Strong self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and CRM management skills.
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that permeates both sales and business development efforts.
