This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from rapid mid-market closures to key enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to co-create territory plans and outbound strategies, offering ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and effective meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
• Assume complete responsibility for the entire closing process, encompassing discovery, solution presentation, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to uncover opportunities to broaden SELECT's presence.
• Team up with the Solution Engineering group to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical value.
• Design and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and cultivate your own sales opportunities.
• Keep updated on the latest trends in FinOps and data engineering to deliver customers insightful, high-value solutions.
• Lead and participate in team projects aimed at refining our sales playbooks and shaping the SELECT sales culture.
• Proficiency in English - knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles alongside complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions.
• Technical expertise with a solid understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
• Strong self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and adept CRM management.
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that influences both sales and business development efforts.

• A self-organized, goal-driven, self-motivated individual who is confident, meticulous, and persistent.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
