This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic sales and territory plans aimed at achieving and surpassing quarterly and yearly revenue targets.

• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from quick mid-market closures to strategic enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to co-create territory plans and outbound strategies, offering ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline development and successful meeting-to-opportunity transitions.

• Assume complete responsibility for the full closing process, which includes discovery, solution presentations, and procurement activities.

• Engage with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to pinpoint opportunities for expanding SELECT's influence.

• Work in tandem with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical advantages.

• Create and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and cultivate your own sales prospects.

• Keep informed about the latest developments in FinOps and data engineering to offer customers valuable and insightful solutions.

• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at enhancing our sales playbooks and cultivating the SELECT sales culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume transactional cycles alongside intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.

• Technical expertise with a solid understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.

• Strong self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and effective CRM management skills.

• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that extends to both sales and business development efforts.

• An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by independence, creativity, passion, and approachability.

• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.

• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to shift focus between the big picture and minute details.

• Capability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, continuously changing team environment.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both in writing and verbally.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
