This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Spearhead initiatives for acquiring new customers throughout Ohio, focusing on the commercial real estate and multifamily sectors.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive territory growth strategy that emphasizes proactive outreach, discovery, and long-term account nurturing.
β’ Manage all customer-facing phases of the sales process, from initial prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals.
β’ Deliver compelling product and solution demonstrations, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and our cloud, on-premises, or hybrid physical security solutions.
β’ Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Technical Account Management teams to guarantee precise solution design and seamless project transitions.
β’ Represent K Group Companies at industry conferences, networking events, and regional gatherings.
β’ Keep CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and activity reports up to date and accurate.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, assisting them in modernizing outdated systems and strategizing long-term technology refresh initiatives.
β’ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the physical security, low voltage integration, IT services, or similar technical fields.
β’ Strong consultative selling abilities, capable of conducting discovery sessions, establishing value, and customizing solutions to meet customer requirements.
β’ High comfort level in prospecting and building new relationships; territory expansion necessitates proactive initiative and discipline.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated integrity, strong follow-through, and a dedication to addressing real customer challenges.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally across Ohio for meetings, site visits, and relationship building.
