This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take ownership of an enterprise territory and focus on acquiring net new logos.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, collaboration with partners, and participation in events.
• Manage complete enterprise sales cycles (ranging from $100K to $250K ACV, lasting 3-9 months) from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Engage with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and leaders in digital transformation within target accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions, deliver executive presentations, conduct technical proofs of concept, and negotiate contracts.
• Work alongside the partner ecosystem to explore co-selling opportunities.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is maintained accurately, manage pipeline forecasts, and provide weekly reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on full-cycle, quota-carrying roles aimed at net new business.
• Experience at structured, outbound-focused SaaS organizations.
• Proven outbound hunter with the ability to self-generate a strong pipeline.
• Average ACV of $75K or more, with a demonstrated history of managing 3-9 month enterprise sales cycles.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
• High energy level, executive presence, and excellent communication skills.
• Openness to travel up to 50%.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $300K to $350K (50% base and 50% variable).
