This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the growth of new business within the CCaaS and Customer Experience solutions portfolio.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new logo opportunities in enterprise and upper mid-market segments.
• Generate new revenue streams by selling CCaaS, AI, customer experience, and digital transformation solutions.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Prospect and build a pipeline through proactive outbound business development efforts.
• Engage with executive stakeholders effectively.
• Lead intricate sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Partner teams to enhance sales efforts.
• Oversee sales opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activities using CRM systems.
• Respond to RFPs and present solutions to executive-level audiences.
• Consistently meet or surpass annual revenue and quota targets.
• Over 10 years of consultative solution-selling experience at the mid-market to enterprise level.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in CCaaS, Contact Center, CX, SaaS, or Customer Service Technology.
• Proven track record of generating net-new business opportunities and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing sales processes involving multiple stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
• Strong understanding of customer experience operations, contact center modernization, cloud migration, AI, automation, or related technologies.
• Ability to engage with executive decision-makers and influence business outcomes effectively.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the sales process.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
