This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• The Account Executive for Digital Sales serves as the primary liaison of RRD, tasked with comprehending and representing the Digital marketing offerings, services, and solutions available to clients.

• This role identifies revenue opportunities and cultivates leads into enduring partnerships.

• The Account Executive is charged with promoting sales in innovative and effective manners through a sophisticated consultative approach with clients.

• Establish a strategic and nuanced consultative process that engages both new and existing clients in the promotion and marketing of the Company's products, services, and solutions, while capturing all revenue opportunities, enhancing the understanding of client business objectives and requirements, and fostering meaningful value-added relationships through robust partnerships and tailored sales strategies by gaining deep insights into their business and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure the growth and maintenance of customer accounts by guaranteeing the tactical and impeccable implementation of products, services, and solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• 2–4+ years of experience in selling digital media client solutions (IAB or others) within the Programmatic Digital Media sector, focusing on selling programmatic versus platforms for specific publishers

• 5-7 years of sales experience.

• Over 5 years in a quota-carrying sales position, demonstrating consistent success in performance.

• Capability to identify and resolve issues and their implications.

• Skill in educating and influencing stakeholders/audiences, leading to closed/won business.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Familiarity with the Digital MarTech Ecosystem.
