This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• The Sales team assists both prospective and current customers in maximizing their experience with our Global HR Platform.
• This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a significant impact in the global employment sector as an Account Executive, part of our Sales Team in the DACH region.
• This position is primarily focused on new business acquisition as an Account Executive, aimed at generating net new business for Remote.
• Develop 'Land' opportunity deals that encompass detailed notes with precise close dates.
• Achieve and surpass sales quotas based on the role level while managing the complete sales cycle.
• Discover new opportunities and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Keep a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
• Effectively present and convey all pertinent information to prospective clients.
• Promptly address potential client inquiries and follow-up questions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate and communicate internally with key departments that enhance client processes, experiences, and support.
• Successfully close sales deals while courteously guiding clients throughout the process.
• Grasp the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, crafting solutions to address their distinct business needs.
• Independently generate leads by reaching out to prospective clients through telephone calls, cold visits, networking, and industry events.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role or similar SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing key customer relationships, including key decision-makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, expand accounts, and achieve revenue targets, along with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Native or professional fluency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, with a proven ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
• Proficient in building an outbound sales pipeline using a diverse range of channels, including cold calls.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-driven and motivated; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Competent in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
• Deep understanding of company services and their position within the industry.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Skilled in forecasting sales to meet monthly targets.
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered advantageous.
