This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Play a crucial role in OSV’s field sales team to enhance add-on business sales within existing OSV accounts.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles to closure by leveraging internal teams including Marketing, Business Development, Solution Consulting, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
• Apply value-selling methodologies while utilizing extensive knowledge of Workday’s offerings and related OSV Services.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques and experience to forge enduring relationships with potential customers and executive sponsors.
• Implement effective sales strategies to adeptly position outsourcing solutions in Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR, and Finance sectors.
• Comprehend the strategic competitive landscape and customer requirements to successfully position Workday and OSV solutions within prospective accounts.
• Engage with and uphold the OSV Customer Relationship in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
• Continuously maintain precise Salesforce data.
• Oversee and manage contract sales initiatives within the designated territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or relevant experience in HR services or enterprise software.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales to organizations with 1,000 or more employees, as defined by Workday.
• Demonstrated expertise in understanding the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs, enabling effective solution positioning within prospective accounts.
• Experience in building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances.
• Proven success in transformational selling and strategic initiatives.
• Established ability to manage complex sales cycles from inception to conclusion, with a history of achieving revenue targets.
• Proven track record of coordinating various business units to capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Established ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
