• Drive Revenue Expansion - identify, qualify, and successfully close 6-figure+ contracts with C-level executives at banks and credit unions.
• Expert Consultative Selling: Employ a thoughtful and consultative method to grasp client needs, communicate complex product concepts clearly, and showcase the unique advantages of MANTL's offerings.
• Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively manage intricate stakeholder environments, gauge the dynamics, and steer challenging sales processes from initial outreach to successful closure.
• Build Enduring Relationships: Cultivate and sustain key relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and industry authority.
• Pipeline Management: Sustain a strong sales pipeline, diligently monitoring progress from prospecting through to deal closure.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Actively engage with internal teams to develop best-in-class processes for the future of MANTL sales, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
• Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, directly contributing to MANTL's growth.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in either Enterprise Sales or Consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions for banks and financial institutions.
• Ability to translate complex products or concepts into clear, easily understandable information.
• Exhibited consultative selling methods and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communications.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other contemporary sales tools, including AI for enhancing efficiencies.
