This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive Revenue Expansion - identify, qualify, and successfully close 6-figure+ contracts with C-level executives at banks and credit unions.
β’ Expert Consultative Selling: Employ a thoughtful and consultative method to grasp client needs, communicate complex product concepts clearly, and showcase the unique advantages of MANTL's offerings.
β’ Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively manage intricate stakeholder environments, gauge the dynamics, and steer challenging sales processes from initial outreach to successful closure.
β’ Build Enduring Relationships: Cultivate and sustain key relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted partner and industry authority.
β’ Pipeline Management: Sustain a strong sales pipeline, diligently monitoring progress from prospecting through to deal closure.
β’ Collaborate & Innovate: Actively engage with internal teams to develop best-in-class processes for the future of MANTL sales, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
β’ Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, directly contributing to MANTL's growth.
β’ 7+ years of demonstrated experience in either Enterprise Sales or Consulting.
β’ Proven track record of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions for banks and financial institutions.
β’ Ability to translate complex products or concepts into clear, easily understandable information.
β’ Exhibited consultative selling methods and strong negotiation capabilities.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail in both verbal and written communications.
β’ Experience with Salesforce.com and other contemporary sales tools, including AI for enhancing efficiencies.
