• Discover opportunities within your region and transform them into successful sales, driving growth for both your clients and samdesk.
• Create and implement detailed regional strategies that align with your sales objectives and customer requirements.
• Deliver persuasive client presentations and conduct impactful meetings, effectively communicating the value of samdesk’s products and unique approach.
• Engage in consultative selling by attentively listening to your customers and designing solutions that address their needs.
• Expertly manage every stage of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for your customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as Security, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Operations) to provide the best solutions to your clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support and expertise.
• Contribute to team projects aimed at developing and enhancing our sales processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest advancements in B2B sales methodologies to maintain your competitive advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience with quota responsibilities (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment, with a proven record of meeting quotas).
• Experience selling to Global Security Operation Centers.
• A strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new products and solutions.
• Experience with responding to RFPs.
• Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Force Management).
• Capability to comprehend complex technical requirements and develop solutions that fulfill client needs.
• Excellent presentation and listening abilities, especially for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
