Account Executive – Corporate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by securing new clients.

• Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover potential clients and opportunities.

• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.

• Conduct discovery and demonstration calls, effectively qualifying and showcasing our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

• Employ Solution Selling strategies to comprehend client requirements and propose customized solutions.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.

• Create and present compelling client proposals that emphasize the value of our solutions in addressing critical business challenges for prospects.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure synergy and support for sales initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in enterprise or corporate accounts; experience in life science organizations (R&D, Product Development, Post Market Surveillance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy) is preferred.

• Confidence in selling to mid-level managers as well as VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.

• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals with larger organizations, from procurement to finalization.

• Proficient in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred.

• Strong intrinsic motivation and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and objectives.

• Established ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Highly receptive to coaching with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new tactics.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to use language purposefully to elicit insightful responses.

• Familiar with online tools for sales and collaboration (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced and remote working environment.
