This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute discovery and onboarding calls to ascertain client requirements.
• Oversee deals through an extended, multi-step sales process (4–8 weeks+), from qualification to closure.
• Showcase the benefits of our products and services to prospective buyers.
• Contribute to the refinement of our sales processes and documentation for personal and team use.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in our CRM system to keep records current.
• Foster enduring, mutually advantageous relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT to complete any RFPs or security questionnaires as part of the sales process.
• Engage with both the Sales team and external partners to exchange knowledge, insights, and continuously enhance sales methodologies.
• Provide feedback from prospects to our product team to guide future innovations.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management that contribute to the development of the sales team or the achievement of revenue targets, including but not limited to participating in events/conferences or conducting internal training sessions.
• Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B sectors.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with a knack for uncovering deeper customer needs.
• A self-motivated individual who excels at prospecting, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.
• Articulate and persuasive, capable of delivering compelling presentations and managing objections proficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales cycles involving deal sizes in the ~$10K–$50K range.
• Proficient in tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Motivated by a desire to achieve, with a proven record of outstanding performance.
• Dedicated to establishing a successful career in sales.
