This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Attain sales targets and objectives.
• Accountable for the formulation and execution of sales strategies and outcomes across all accounts within a specified geographic area.
• Sustain an up-to-date and rolling 12-month forecast and pipeline.
• Oversee consistent prospecting efforts, which include, but are not limited to, cold calling, managing seminars, and collaborating with business partners.
• Keep abreast of ServiceChannel product knowledge and remain informed about industry trends and technologies.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by commercial facilities departments associated with the major companies in your designated region.
• Work collaboratively with legal, marketing, sales engineering, client advocates, and management teams.
• Minimum of 4 years in SaaS sales or comparable sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing annual sales targets.
• A leader in best practices across all sales functions.
• A valuable team player who utilizes available resources (both internally and externally) to exceed quotas.
• Experience in developing executive relationships both internally and externally, recognized as a “Trusted Advisor” to key stakeholders and decision-makers across accounts.
• Demonstrated capability to accurately predict sales activity and revenue outcomes.
• Ability to cultivate a satisfied and referable customer base while surpassing business objectives.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures to efficiently and effectively facilitate business and legal discussions.
• Proven success in planning and managing complex accounts and sophisticated deal cycles.
• Confident, proactive self-starter with a strong business acumen.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google web applications.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
