• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of strategic OEM accounts throughout France.
• Establish and nurture robust technical and commercial relationships with essential stakeholders.
• Propel the specification of solutions within customer platforms and applications.
• Discover opportunities for product upgrades, innovation, and account growth.
• Assist in long-term customer development and growth strategies.
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams.
• Create and implement account plans that align with customer strategies.
• Track customer performance and relevant market trends.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contractual agreements.
• Ensure accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.
• At least 3+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or commercial roles within refrigeration, cold chain, or related industrial fields.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory).
• Strong commercial insight with experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and expand relationships with OEM customers.
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder, technical sales environments.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
