This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and convert a significant number of incoming leads from veterinarians, practice managers, and veterinary teams across various practice types, including general, emergency, specialty, and mixed animal.
• Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations that effectively link ScribbleVet's features to the daily operational challenges faced by prospects.
• Assist prospects from the demonstration phase to activating their free trial, ensuring they quickly recognize the product's value and are set up for success.
• Propel trial-to-paid conversions through ongoing, consultative follow-ups—addressing friction points and supporting prospects in generating internal momentum toward a purchasing decision.
• Accurately manage a fast-paced pipeline with diligence, ensuring clean CRM records and reliable forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product teams to relay prospect feedback, highlight common objections, and enhance the trial experience.
• Stay informed about ScribbleVet's evolving features, the competitive landscape, and the broader AI scribing category to effectively handle objections and position the product confidently.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within practices already in trial, including multi-DVM and practice-wide adoption of the Practice Plan.
• Act as a true advocate for the veterinary professionals you engage with—understanding their workflows, stress points, and the significance of meaningful time savings for them.
• Over 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within a SaaS, health tech, or a dynamic B2C or B2B2C environment.
• Proven track record of executing a complete inbound sales process—ranging from initial contact and demonstrations to trial management and closing deals.
• Strong skills in product demonstrations, with the ability to tailor your presentation to various audiences (such as solo DVMs, practice managers, and clinic owners).
• A consultative, non-pressuring approach that fosters quick trust and guides prospects toward confident decisions.
• Ability to manage a high volume of active deals concurrently while maintaining strong organizational habits.
• Proficient in CRM tools (with HubSpot being preferred) and possess a data-informed approach to managing the sales pipeline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—capable of adjusting your message to resonate with a fatigued veterinarian at 8 PM just as effectively as with a practice owner assessing software for their team.
