Account Executive, Chiropractic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare accounts, such as chiropractic clinics and practices, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of their EHR requirements.

• Discover new sales opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.

• Formulate and implement account strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Work in conjunction with the sales, marketing, and development teams to create and present engaging EHR product demonstrations and proposals.

• Keep precise and current records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.

• Deliver regular updates and forecasts to the sales management team regarding the sales pipeline and revenue projections.

• Proactively generate leads through outbound efforts while also managing incoming inquiries.

• Ensure the timely delivery of our EHR software products and services to clients.

• Participate in healthcare industry events and conferences to stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, particularly in Chiropractic software solutions.

• Proven experience in selling software to or collaborating directly with chiropractic practices is strongly preferred.

• Additional experience may include current or former licensure as a Chiropractor, or working in a chiropractor's office or billing environment.

• Established track record of surpassing sales targets and providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining relationships with healthcare clients at all levels.

• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to travel to occasional conferences throughout the year.
