• Drive Growth: Identify and engage new business opportunities while consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets within your designated territory.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to ensure alignment and provide a unified client experience.
• Lead with Insight: Conduct insightful product demonstrations and meetings that directly address a client's challenges and objectives.
• Educate and Empower: Clearly communicate the value of our platform, educating clients on how it enhances their success and streamlines their workflow.
• Consultative Approach: Establish genuine relationships with prospective clients by listening, understanding their needs, and presenting customized solutions.
• Manage Pipeline: Take charge of your sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and promote team alignment through transparent reporting.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Advocate for our commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and results-driven client journey.
• Partner with BDRs: Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives to align on lead qualification and outbound strategies.
• A proactive individual with a collaborative mindset and a passion for addressing customer challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.
• Experience in SaaS sales, particularly within the fintech or financial services sector, is advantageous.
• A dedication to continuous learning and receptiveness to feedback in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a readiness to take initiative when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience—what truly counts is your ability to achieve results and progress in the role.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales position, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or a similar SaaS environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to support client and team engagements.
