Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads in both established and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Customer needs: Engage in selling activities to showcase the value of T-Mobile.

• Recommend wireless solutions, which may include pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Deal negotiation: Engage in negotiations and finalize deals.

• Skill development: Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with guidance from leadership.

• Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings.

• Sales approaches: Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Sales automation: Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Over 1 year of verifiable sales experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that necessitates a high level of multitasking (Required)

• Customer Service: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail (Required)

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)

• Negotiation: Proficient negotiation and closing abilities, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
