Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads in both established and emerging markets through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Customer needs: Demonstrate the value of T-Mobile’s offerings by recommending wireless solutions, including pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Deal negotiation: Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.

• Skill development: Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with the support of leadership. Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.

• Sales approaches: Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Sales automation: Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• 1+ years of documented experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting. (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales. (Preferred)

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment requiring a high level of multitasking. (Required)

• Customer Service: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail. (Required)

• Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. (Required)

• Negotiation: Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities. (Required)
