Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Generate and manage leads in both established and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, all under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Effectively communicate and showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Suggest wireless solutions, which encompass price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Engage in negotiations and finalize sales agreements.

• Enhance abilities in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with leadership support.

• Attend product training sessions and participate in sales meetings.

• Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Leverage sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and projections.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in a commission-based setting. (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales. (Preferred)

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that necessitates a high level of multi-tasking. (Required)

• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. (Required)

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. (Required)

• Proficient negotiating and closing capabilities, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills. (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years old.
