This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass assigned quotas and objectives.
• Discover, assess, and cultivate new business prospects within designated territories or accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process: from prospecting and presentations to proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and comprehending client needs to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of Instructure’s offerings.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including sales engineering, marketing, and customer success—to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales forecasts and customer information within the CRM system.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• 3+ years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in B2B software sales or the edtech industry.
• Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A genuine passion for education and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates based in EST or CST.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
