This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership of and oversee both inbound and outbound sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Assess and cultivate leads to identify their fit, scope, complexity, and potential value.
• Conduct discovery calls and facilitate product demonstrations.
• Present tailored solutions, pricing, and proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align opportunities based on their complexity and future growth potential.
• Achieve or surpass the assigned sales quota.
• Assist in ensuring smooth transitions to onboarding, account management, or support teams.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings, conferences, or strategic engagements.
• A minimum of 4 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage deals from qualification to closure.
• Experience in selling technology-driven solutions.
• Proficient in using a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable leading live demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by quotas.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in security, risk, public safety, or related industries (preferred).
• Experience in selling data, analytics, or report-based solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based platforms (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (preferred).
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
• On-target earnings (OTE) commensurate with experience and performance.
