• As an Account Executive (AE), your primary responsibility is to actively promote and sell our Jobticket+ solution to businesses.
• You will take a pivotal role in enhancing our market presence and securing new corporate clients.
• This position is predominantly outbound-focused: you will engage with AI-qualified leads and must possess a genuine "hunter" mentality, supported by a proven history in B2B sales and deal closure.
• You will oversee the complete sales cycle: from automated lead generation to inbound conversion and deal closure.
• Your role involves identifying and reaching out to the right B2B stakeholders across diverse industries.
• You will devise and implement AI-driven sales strategies to achieve (and surpass) your goals.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations will be essential.
• During demo calls, you will showcase Jobticket+ and highlight the value we deliver to prospective customers.
• You will negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
• Utilizing our AI tools, you will analyze market trends, track competitors, and discover new opportunities.
• You will provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
• Must be a native-level German speaker.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as a B2B Account Executive (or in a comparable closing role).
• In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in closing deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate robust customer relationships.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Capable of working independently and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools is essential.
• Experience in the mobility or transport sector is advantageous.
