This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Complete sales process: initial meeting, needs assessment, demonstration, workshop, proposal, closing, and transition to Customer Success Manager.
β’ Conduct software demonstrations both remotely and at customer sites when necessary.
β’ Engage in communication with C-level executives.
β’ Manage relationships and networks, as well as participate in events and trade exhibitions.
β’ Maintain CRM in HubSpot and utilize AI-enhanced sales tools.
β’ Confident presence at the C-level β this is non-negotiable.
β’ Proven experience in B2B software sales β knowledge of ERP (either through sales or user experience) is a plus.
β’ Quick adaptation to industry-agnostic processes and business models.
β’ Consultative approach: you seek the right solution rather than just a fast transaction.
β’ Proactive work ethic: you prefer making phone calls over sending emails.
β’ Affinity for AI sales tools, or a strong willingness to adopt them.
β’ Digital native.
β’ Native-level proficiency in German; English skills are advantageous.
