
Account Executive – Audit, Tax & Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and oversee a pipeline of potential clients through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and networking efforts.
• Assess inbound leads via discovery calls, aligning client requirements with Sensiba's audit, tax, and consulting services.
• Create proposals and Statements of Work with precise scoping and pricing details.
• Facilitate pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and finalize new engagements.
• Diligently maintain and update customer information and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Work alongside audit, tax, advisory, and consulting teams to comprehend service offerings and effectively position solutions.
• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery teams to enhance the client experience.
• Utilize professional accounting expertise to engage prospects knowledgeably about compliance, reporting, and advisory needs.
• Stay informed about trends impacting the professional services and accounting sectors.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities across Sensiba's diverse service lines.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses of closed-lost opportunities to refine future pipeline strategies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including experience in public accounting (audit, tax, or client accounting/advisory services).
• Preferred experience in transitioning from an accounting role to a client-facing sales or business development role.
• Experience at a public accounting firm in audit, tax, or client accounting/advisory services is favored.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
