This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final closure.

• Create a pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, and participation in events.

• Assess opportunities and conduct effective discovery discussions with prospective clients.

• Establish relationships with decision makers and assist them throughout the evaluation phase.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities and ensure clear next steps for each transaction.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions once deals are finalized.

• Act as the company representative at local events, meetings, and industry functions.

• Foster relationships with organizations hiring on a global scale and assist them in adopting the platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or payroll sectors.

• Capability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new leads.

• Proficient in outbound prospecting and building your own sales pipeline.

• Strong skills in discovery and consultative selling.

• Proven track record of closing multiple deals monthly in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organized with a strong commitment to follow-up.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
