• Complete sales cycle management: from initial outreach to finalized contract.
• Developing and overseeing a pipeline of qualified leads across various industries.
• Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations that uncover genuine business challenges.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and successfully closing deals.
• Accurately forecasting and managing your pipeline using our CRM system.
• Collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to expand our customer base.
• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS or services sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas (being in the top 20% of your team is a significant advantage).
• A proactive hunter mentality: you actively generate leads rather than waiting for them.
• Confidence in leading the closing process: discovery, demo, negotiation, and obtaining signatures.
• A competitive spirit and resilience when facing rejection.
• Strong discovery skills and an innate curiosity about the businesses of customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and persuasive.
• A coachable attitude and a mindset focused on continuous improvement (1% better every day).
• Proficiency with technology tools: Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a proven track record is more important.
