This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• End-to-end sales process: from initial outreach to finalized contract.
• Developing and overseeing a pipeline of qualified prospects across various industries.
• Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations to uncover genuine business challenges.
• Negotiating commercial terms and driving transactions to completion.
• Accurately forecasting and managing your pipeline within our CRM system.
• Working collaboratively with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to expand our customer base.
• 2–4 years of comprehensive SaaS or services sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas (being in the top 20% of your team is a significant advantage).
• A true hunter mentality: you actively generate pipeline rather than waiting for it to come to you.
• Confidence in owning the closing process: discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and securing signatures.
• A competitive spirit and resilience when faced with rejection.
• Strong discovery abilities and an innate curiosity about customer operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that are clear and persuasive.
• Openness to coaching and a commitment to continuous improvement with a 1%-better-every-day approach.
• Proficiency with technology tools: Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though proven track record is prioritized.
