This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main post-sale contact and strategic consultant for designated client accounts
• Establish strong, long-lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency, and mutual objectives
• Gain a thorough understanding of each client’s business model, key performance indicators (KPIs), and expansion strategies
• Advocate for client success through regular interactions, strategic planning sessions, and comprehensive business reviews
• Take complete responsibility for account growth and retention, directly impacting the increase of annual recurring revenue (ARR) for WEX
• Identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning WEX offerings with evolving client needs
• Oversee the renewal process, ensuring prompt execution and clear demonstration of value
• Utilize strategic planning and quarterly business reviews to highlight ROI and develop expansion strategies
• Guide clients through best practices and advanced product features to maximize their value
• Create enablement plans that align with customer-specific business outcomes
• Promote consistent product usage to ensure adoption and mitigate churn
• Serve as the single point of accountability for issue resolution and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, etc.) to address concerns swiftly and thoroughly
• Proactively share relevant product updates, enhancements, and news
• Collect and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders to shape product direction and enhance services
• Keep precise records of client status, activities, and opportunities
• Monitor and report on success metrics such as client satisfaction, renewal rates, and revenue growth
• Continuously contribute to the development of customer success strategies, playbooks, and best practices
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or as an Account Executive
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Preferred advanced knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, Retiree Billing, and FMLA Billing
• Strong comprehension of Savings & Spending and COBRA regulatory requirements
• Proven history of managing client relationships and fostering account growth
• Experience with renewals, expansions, and meeting retention and revenue targets
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• High accountability mindset—demonstrating ownership, delivering results, and fostering trust
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
