This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of acquiring new customers across the entire Twilio portfolio, while being assigned a quota for incremental Account Contract Value (iACV).

• Lead highly analytical and consultative sales cycles to transition from transactional vendor relationships to helping customers seamlessly realize value across our offerings.

• Capable of managing multiple threads within Enterprise accounts and building trusted relationships at all levels, acting as a strategic partner to the C-Suite to drive sustainable double-digit growth.

• Collaborate with customers in designated verticals and regions to comprehend their business and technical needs, partnering with the Specialist Sales organization to provide deep technical and domain expertise on complex deals.

• Work alongside Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists to develop new solutions and promote the adoption of the Twilio platform.

• Coordinate with teams in Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations to create mutually beneficial contracts that meet customer needs while balancing our business requirements.

• Execute multiple projects and deals simultaneously while maintaining high performance amidst changing priorities.

• Collaborate across functions with Specialist Sales, services, product, and GTM Strategy & Operations to formulate long-term territory strategies and sales plans.

• Serve as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product and carrier relations teams.

• Position yourself as a subject matter expert in the unified communications and data platform industry.

• Establish expertise in the vertical industries you focus on, utilizing deep technical knowledge to lead complex, multi-product digital initiatives.

• Effectively communicate the advantages of the unified GTM organization and how it benefits vertical industry clients by streamlining their strategic relationship with Twilio.

• Generate and maintain a precise pipeline and forecast using our CRM, Salesforce.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in selling and closing deals within the cloud communications and customer data platform market, emphasizing multi-product adoption.

• A total of 12 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years managing or leading highly analytical products or solutions for clients.

• Experience in directly selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or Data platforms while shifting from transactional sales to forming strategic partnerships.

• Background in outbound prospecting and executing a comprehensive account relationship strategy to drive profitable revenue growth. Demonstrated ability in consultative technical solution selling, focusing on in-depth discovery to translate complex customer challenges into integrated SaaS and API solutions.

• Comfortable collaborating with both line of business and technical leaders, influencing their understanding of how integrated data and AI create business value.

• Analytical account development strategy that utilizes data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value, making multi-product selling the standard for all engagements.

• Proven experience in managing business forecasts and financial models.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to define processes and build programs.

• History of delivering market-driven results, particularly for scale and enterprise customers.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English).

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
