This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the GTM Strategy: Establish Turnkey’s footprint in the crypto/fintech sector by identifying new verticals and lucrative opportunities.
• Manage Complete Sales Cycle: Lead deals from start to finish—prospecting, qualifying, conducting technical discovery, designing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
• Formulate Deal Strategies: Create innovative approaches for unique, complex deals; coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Connect with the C-Suite: Foster trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO) at both prospective and current clients.
• Navigate Complex Products: Convert technical capabilities (APIs, security models, integrations) into understandable business value for a variety of stakeholders.
• Shape GTM & Product: Collaborate closely with founders, executives, Product, and Engineering—providing market insights to influence our roadmap.
• Represent Turnkey Externally: Serve as an ambassador at industry events, conferences, and within strategic networks.
• Over 8 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record in generating new business within complex technical sales environments.
• Strong history of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals that involve lengthy sales cycles.
• Capability to engage credibly with both technical teams (developers, security engineers) and business leaders (C-suite, finance).
• Experience in selling APIs, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS products is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, able to flourish in ambiguity and create systems from the ground up.
• Outstanding executive presence, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.
