This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with potential clients as part of a metrics-driven sales qualification and advancement strategy.
• Assist in the formulation of sales plans and objectives.
• Drive business growth through proactive and persistent cold calling, emailing, and other communications with prospective clients.
• Achieve or surpass the established minimum quota for daily calls/emails.
• Accomplish targets related to pipeline management and recurring revenue bookings.
• Investigate and assess leads/prospects using Web and Database resources.
• Keep a record of your interactions with prospects.
• Serve as a primary contact for current and prospective customers within the designated territory.
• Showcase our products and services to prospective customers.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of the TrackStreet platform.
• Cross-sell products when deemed appropriate.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve both individual and group sales quotas.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to expand specific sales territories in support of new account acquisition in the region.
• Keep all contacts and deals updated in HubSpot and document all progress.
• Utilize lead generation funnels and automation technology to enhance high-velocity outbound marketing initiatives, leveraging prospect data and market insights.
• Assist data teams with the ingestion, filtering, and allocation of prospect information.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and additional services.
• Collaborate with sales representatives across various territories to share best practices and foster a unified sales approach.
• Engage in side-by-side call coaching sessions with your manager.
• Proven knowledge of eCommerce.
• Familiarity with Brand Protection is an advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Resilient with a demonstrated history of success in sales.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the SaaS sector.
• Open to coaching and able to learn swiftly.
• Inquisitive and intelligent.
• Strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Not easily discouraged.
• Capable of communicating clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
