• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Support teams
• Cultivate and expand relationships with animation schools, universities, and vocational institutions
• Pursue new logo acquisition and opportunities for expansion
• Oversee forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce
• Over 5 years of experience in SaaS, Media & Entertainment, Technology, or similar sales positions
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue goals
• Strong comprehension of the Japanese business landscape and relationship-focused sales culture
• Experience in managing strategic accounts and navigating complex sales processes
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Strong operational discipline and proficiency in forecasting
• Native or fluent in Japanese with strong English communication skills
• Experienced with Salesforce
