This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Acquire New Business: Transform Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into closed deals to surpass quarterly objectives.
• Lead Development: Generate new prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through proactive outreach on LinkedIn, personal networks, and various strategic avenues.
• Strategic Sales Approach: Employ a value-oriented strategy to inform clients about the return on investment and operational advantages of Intellect’s offerings.
• Relationship Building: Establish enduring connections with key decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
• Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with BDR, Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to navigate intricate deals and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Industry Knowledge: Remain informed on market trends and competitive dynamics to position Intellect as the leading choice.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in negotiating and finalizing deals within complex sales environments.
• Results-Oriented: A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with a history of surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent Communicator: Capability to distill complex technical information and deliver compelling presentations to audiences.
• Technologically Proficient: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and adeptness in a remote working environment.
• Location & Travel Considerations: Must reside in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones and be prepared for 30% travel for client engagements and events.
