• Proactively seek out new customers through a mix of outbound strategies, including cold calling, appointment setting, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals, while also collaborating with commercial partners, ensuring both channels are crucial for achieving success.
• Lead and participate in public tender processes, guaranteeing high-quality submissions and strategic positioning; prior experience with public tenders is highly advantageous.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, such as end-users (including medical doctors, social workers, medical nurses, and student health professionals), key decision-makers, and commercial partners.
• Gain a thorough understanding of end-user requirements and challenges, showcasing a genuine interest in enhancing their daily tasks and outcomes.
• Represent Tandem Health at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission, solutions, and long-term vision.
• Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate and expand within the Finnish market, emphasizing the development of sustainable, long-term partnerships rather than seeking short-term victories.
• Work closely with Medical Operations, marketing, product, and partner teams to gather market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience and offerings.
• Utilize digital go-to-market tools and CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and partnerships in a methodical and transparent manner.
• Proven multi-year sales success, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of delivering engaging presentations to various audiences.
• Previous experience in driving or contributing to public tender processes would be highly advantageous in this position.
• High degree of initiative, a structured work approach, and a passion for tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Native proficiency in Finnish and fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to enhancing healthcare delivery through thoughtful and impactful innovation.
• Experience working with or selling to EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
• Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software.
• A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
• Experience in startup or high-growth settings, particularly in launching new markets.
