This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Concentrate on cold calling, prospecting, and cultivating relationships that enhance account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within the Symplast platform.
• Meet the sales goals set for the designated territory.
• Foster robust customer and account relationships.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions.
• Leverage solid product and technical expertise.
• Implement a targeted calling strategy.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business plan aimed at facilitating discovery and demo calls for the Practice Analyst Team.
• Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for the territory to meet quota.
• Capable of distinguishing the value propositions required for Plastic Surgery Centers versus Med Spas.
• Collaborate with Symplast cross-functional teams to identify and/or leverage selling opportunities.
• Execute national, regional, and local promotional initiatives to drive growth.
• Provide valuable feedback regarding customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes to sales and marketing leadership and/or Product Development.
• Conduct consultative sales engagements with Plastic Surgeons, Med Spa owners, and their associated staff.
• Manage and comply with expense budgets.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Exhibit exceptional product knowledge and effectively convey this knowledge to the team and customers.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately.
• Uphold company standards of ethical and moral character while professionally representing the organization.
• Adhere to all Corporate and HR policies.
• BA in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• More than 2 years of medical or SaaS sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both within the commercial team and across the organization.
• Excellent negotiation abilities; capacity to adapt to shifting work priorities; and the ability to maintain positive working relationships while managing sensitive and confidential matters with a diverse range of contacts.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in business English and grammar; attention to detail in maintaining records and processing reports.
• Proficient in PC-based office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
