This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new dispensary accounts through outbound initiatives, events, and referrals.

• Maintain a pipeline in HubSpot that exceeds 4x quota with defined next steps for each prospect.

• Continuously generate new opportunities while progressing active deals.

• Develop territory plans aimed at targeting high-potential market operators.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the cannabis retail sector.

• Lead discovery sessions, ROI-driven demonstrations, and intricate negotiations with decision-makers.

• Finalize bundled SaaS contracts that encompass POS, payments, and e-commerce solutions.

• Construct business cases that demonstrate operational and financial value.

• Position Sweed as a premium, results-oriented solution.

• Navigate multi-stakeholder purchasing processes across retail and executive teams.

• Oversee precise deal stages and action plans in HubSpot.

• Submit weekly forecasts including committed, best-case, and upside projections.

• Ensure high standards of CRM hygiene and consistent forecast accuracy.

• Monitor funnel metrics and the overall health of the pipeline.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams on campaigns and strategic deals.

• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

• Support initiatives for regional growth and account expansion.

• Capture trends and feedback to shape product and GTM strategy.

• Refine sales playbooks and frameworks for value selling.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven success record.

• Proficient in full-cycle sales, from prospecting through to closing.

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or retail technology sectors.

• Capability to communicate ROI and business impact to stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in HubSpot, virtual demonstrations, and BANT methodologies.

• Exceptional communication abilities and high emotional intelligence.

• Willingness to travel for regional events and meetings.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the cannabis industry or retail technology.

• Proven success in selling premium products within high-growth startup environments.

• Established connections within cannabis markets.
