This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new leads and opportunities through media, an existing client base, personal branding, and/or digital sales.
• Proactively engage with clients and prospects to foster relationships, identify needs, and assess investment objectives related to Bitcoin.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients by delivering exceptional and tailored support throughout their Bitcoin experience.
• Serve as a dedicated client contact for a diverse range of topics concerning Swan services and Bitcoin.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction during the onboarding process for new Swan clients.
• Guarantee that our top clients receive the highest quality service in all interactions.
• Execute orders and provide other concierge services on an on-call basis, as requested.
• Offer Private clients personal access via SMS seven days a week.
• Deliver expert guidance on both Swan products and Bitcoin strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors to enhance the overall sales environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, investment management, and Bitcoin fundamentals.
• Comfortable with media appearances and building a personal brand.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic reasoning.
• Strong client-first mentality; quick and attentive responses to client inquiries.
• Adaptable to various client communication preferences (SMS, Phone, Email).
• Basic knowledge of tax, trust, and inheritance matters.
• Experience in the traditional financial industry.
• Must be based in the US (preferably in a major metropolitan area) and eligible to work in the US.
