This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Leading a structured sales process while managing a specified sales territory (e.g., identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities).
• Seeking new clients through email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and any other strategies you find effective in reaching clients.
• Engaging with all qualified leads and opportunities assigned from various teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing, Community, Lead Generation).
• Nurturing both prospects and existing customers; cross-selling and upselling to current subscribers.
• Maintaining a continuous 90-day pipeline to achieve or surpass ARR quotas.
• Collaborating with an account team to understand and leverage existing relationships while fostering a culture of collective growth that aligns with our Client values.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction; responding to customers promptly; confirming proper alignment with Customer Success.
• Recording key insights, progress, findings, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a B2B setting, particularly within the supply chain, logistics, or related fields, with a background in commission-based sales roles.
• Proven capability to manage a defined sales territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new deals.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quotas.
• Strong comprehension of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting.
• Ability to align sales initiatives with internal teams and utilize relationships to create new opportunities.
• Fluent in German, Polish, and English.
• Preferred: IT or ERP sales experience.
• Sales experience in both Germany and Poland.
• Capability to translate and effectively communicate business issues, understand business processes and supply chain operations, and convey technical information to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and lead management processes.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
