This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leading a structured sales process while managing a designated sales territory (e.g., identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities).
• Seeking new clients through various methods including email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other strategies you identify as effective for reaching clients.
• Engaging with all qualified leads and opportunities assigned from multiple teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing, Community, Lead Generation).
• Cultivating relationships with prospects and current customers; cross-selling and upselling to existing subscribers.
• Keeping an ongoing 90-day pipeline to achieve or surpass ARR quotas.
• Working collaboratively with an account team to leverage existing relationships while fostering a culture of growth that aligns with our Client values.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and aligning customers with Customer Success.
• Recording key insights, progress, findings, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or similar fields, with experience in commission-based sales roles.
• Demonstrated capability to manage a defined sales territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business deals.
• Experience managing multiple accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
• Strong comprehension of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting.
• Ability to coordinate sales initiatives with internal teams and utilize relationships to create new opportunities.
• Fluency in German, Polish, and English.
• Preferred: Experience in IT or ERP sales.
• Sales experience in both Germany and Poland.
• Ability to translate and effectively communicate business challenges, understand business processes and supply chain operations, and relay technical information to individuals with varying expertise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
