This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Achieve and surpass revenue goals across mid-market and enterprise sectors throughout the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a mix of inbound demand, outbound outreach, partnerships, and customer referrals.
• Take ownership of opportunities that range from swift commercial transactions to intricate enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to foster customer expansion, cultivate strategic account growth, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside EMEA leadership to establish consistent processes, local market strategies, and best practices as the region scales.
• Share market insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to impact the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience engaging with security leaders, engineering heads, platform teams, or developer-oriented organizations.
• A keen interest in software development, open source technologies, cloud infrastructure, and contemporary security practices.
• A demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Successful track record of building a pipeline in emerging or developing markets through outbound prospecting, partner interactions, and relationship-driven sales.
• Experience functioning in a startup or rapidly growing environment where processes, messaging, and strategies are still in flux.
• Ability to navigate various deal sizes and sales approaches, from transactional commercial deals to complex enterprise procurement processes.
• A collaborative attitude and the capacity to forge meaningful relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, including the C-Suite.
