This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Drive the acquisition of new business through focused outbound engagement and the conversion of qualified inbound leads.
• Utilize existing industry connections to generate new opportunities and expand the client network for Shift Markets.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiating and finalizing high-value contracts.
• Showcase the full range of Shift Markets’ products and services, customizing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients in the crypto, TradFi, and FX markets.
• Develop a robust pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients while maintaining precise forecasts in the CRM.
• Represent Shift Markets at significant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance relationships and generate leads.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support.
• Remain informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Shift Markets as a reliable partner.
• 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated history of surpassing quotas and closing complex deals.
• Established network of contacts within brokerages, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.).
• Prior experience in an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, Payment Processor, or a crypto-native organization.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
• Strong grasp of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and quickly adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
